Stud Partitioning

Stud partitions are constructed from galvanized steel frame, clad on either side with 12.5mm plasterboard, offering a more substantial partition system.

Depending on the wall thickness this system can achieve fire resistance up to 120 minutes and an average sound attenuation of 53.6dB. Stud partitions can be flush plastered (no cover trims) to look like a solid wall, however, they are not designed to be relocated.

Subject to the location City Contract Services can build the stud system to a maximum height of 6.0M.
