City Contract Services Ltd is an established building company set up in 1975, specializing in the 'design and refurbishment' of commercial premises.

CCS Ltd employs a skilled workforce, capable in all aspects of contractual works. All trades are supervised by a Director and carried out to our own high standards. Projects range in size from basic partitioning / ceilings to the complete refurbishment of entire offices, based within London and the Home Counties

Our standard project procedure, comprises :

Initial site survey.
Design / Spaceplanning (if required) which may be chargable, depending on extent of works.
CCS Ltd then produce a costed specification / shedule of works for client approval.
Once we receive instructions to proceed, we will complete the specified works to an agreed programme.
On completion, we ask the client to 'sign off' the works, confirming their full satisfaction.

A majority of City Contracts workforce is permanently employed by us, therefore, avoiding the problems generated by sub-contracting out the trades.

We have a proven track record of satisfied clients include both large and small companies, architects, government and local authorities. Our expertise in office interiors and refurbishment covers a multitude of products and services including glass partitions suspended ceilings, carpets, flooring, electrical and lighting.
